We are pleased to inform you that our next graduation ceremony is scheduled for November 16, 2024, and will be held in person at Casa San Pablo. Each graduate is allowed to bring five (5) guests. Family, friends, and others can follow the ceremony via @unibeenlinea and our official channels on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook to share this special moment.

  The call for graduation applications for this ceremony was open until Monday, September 30 of this year.

General Information for Graduates

If you have completed your academic program and wish to participate in the Fifty-Eighth (LVIII) Ordinary Graduation Ceremony, please ensure you do not have any books from the Unibe Library, as this could prevent your graduation application from being processed. 

When and where will the graduation take place? 

  Date: November 16, 2024, at Casa San Pablo Auditorium, located at Av. Rómulo Betancourt & Av. Núñez de Cáceres, Ensanche Mirador Norte. 

  

What are the schedules and sessions?   

The ceremony will be held in three sessions, divided by academic programs, as follows: 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What time should graduates arrive at the ceremony?

Graduates should arrive an hour before their session.

2. Where can I find the graduation invitations?

Each graduate is entitled to five (5) invitations to the graduation ceremony, which are delivered by the Registration unit. Each invitation is valid for one person and it is essential to present the invitation to enter the event. Invitations can be picked up at the Registration windows starting Monday, October 28, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

3. What is the ceremony dress code?

The Unibe Ordinary Graduation is one of the most important events of our Institution. The dress code must be semi-formal, for both ladies and gentlemen. In addition, graduates will wear formal graduation attire (gown, hood and cap).

4. When will I receive the letter to purchase the class ring?

You will receive the request and purchase letter for the class ring along with your Diploma, Official Transcripts and Certifications, on graduation day.

5. Can graduates be escorted by a guest during the graduation procession?

During the graduation procession, graduates will walk only with the Dean, the Director or Coordinator of their academic program, along with their fellow graduates.

6. When will the graduation photo shoot take place?

7. Where can I rent my graduation attire (gown, hood and cap)?

8. When will the graduation meeting be?

The graduate reunion will be on Tuesday, October 22 at 7:00 p.m. virtually, through the Teams platform.
