The deadline for graduation applications, related to the ceremony, is May 2, 2025.
Fifty-Ninth (LIX) Unibe Ordinary Graduation
If you have completed your academic program and wish to be part of the Fifty-Ninth (LIX) Ordinary Graduation Ceremony, please remember that you must not have any books belonging to Unibe’s Library in your possession, as this could result in a restriction on your graduation application.
📅 When is the graduation?
The Ordinary Graduation Ceremony will take place on July 12, 2025.
⏰ What are the schedules and sessions?
The ceremony will be held in three sessions. Based on their academic program, graduates will participate in one of the following:
Graduates must arrive one hour before their scheduled graduation session. The ceremony will start on time, and only those present will be mentioned.
Before the Ceremony
It is important to keep the following in mind:
✔ Check your name on the official list.
✔ Stay updated with the information shared in the WhatsApp Registration Group for your program.
✔ Schedule your appointment for the official photo session.
✔ If you are unable to attend, you may collect your diploma at the Registrar’s Office during the following week during business hours. A late diploma pickup will incur a fee of RD$3,500.00.
Invitations can be collected at the Registrar’s Office windows.
The Unibe Ordinary Graduation is one of the most important events of the Institution, so the attire must be semi-formal for both men and women. Additionally, graduates must wear the official graduation attire (gown, hood, and cap).
The letter for the graduation ring request and purchase is handed out along with the diploma, transcript of records, and certificates on the day of the ceremony.
In the Unibe graduation ceremony, godmothers and/or godfathers are not used. In the event of a procession, the graduate will walk only with the dean, the director or coordinator of their program, and their classmates, depending on the case.

The graduates' meeting will be on Wednesday, June 25, at 7:00 p.m. via Teams (the access link will be sent later).
