General description

This program seeks for participants to practice daily a generative leadership methodology, so they can establish assertive communication with their teams, creating a commitment to the promise of building a future together.

Target audience

Hospital department heads, health center owners and administrators, health sector insurance and billing personnel, insurance executives, supervisors, managers and directors of health institutions.
