International Students Experience

I am here to accompany you in everything related to your academic journey as an International Student at Unibe. I will be your ally on this educational journey that will transform your future!

To help you get the best out of this experience, I organize an Orientation Session every semester the week before classes commence.
During this session, I assist new international students in getting to know each other, Unibe and the Dominican Republic. You receive details about what to expect from your new life in our country.

The purpose is to make you feel confident and comfortable with your new environment.
As a coordinator I will assist you in the following matters:

1. Information on student services
2. Housing Information
3. Information on Student Visas and Migration status in the DR
4. Questions about Unibe and the Dominican Republic
5. Information on popular sites and places where you can spend leisure time
6. Extracurricular activities
7. Student Rules and Regulations
8.  Health Insurance – All international students are covered by our health insurance plan, this is a service included in the tuition.
